Bucking, hickups, & stumbles

My 93 R1 has problems. At light throttle and cruise, I get intermittent stumbles that are slowly becoming non-intermittent. The car will loose power and start to buck. I checked the TPS and the voltages are in range and they rise smoothly with increasing throttle. Could it be that one of the many vaccum lines has popped off? Any suggestions?

Check the hose that comes out of the boost sensor. It is mounted on the fire wall on the drivers side. This happened to me last week.
