Broken Inside Door Handle

Hi I have a 93 FD.

The vertical handle on the inside of my passenger side door is broken on the top end near the electric window switch. It looks like it was just glued in there, but I'm not sure what else may have been holding it in place. Anyone have any ideas? How should I fix this? Anyone have a replacement panel? Private message me please.

Thanks,
Shane

1) Take the door panel out and glue it back in again

2) Buy another. look in the classifieds. They're expensive and hard to find.

Call Malloy Mazda. I believe it's $150 new from them.

For future reference, these cars have no "door handles" that are suitable for repeated use of closing the doors. They all break with ease, even the ones on the outside. Best thing to do is to open the window a little and tell your passangers to close the door using the window frame. It'd be wise to do the same on the drivers side whenever you get in the car as well. those pull cups, the pistol grip and the exterior handles all break with ease.

I have aluminum exterior handles on mine, so that's a non issue for me. I also have new pull cups and a new pistol grip, but I don't let anybody use them. They are too expencive to replace considering how fragile they are.

I just recently replaced my pistol grip handle. Instead of glue I used JB weld.
