broken hose

ok so I was installing my Apex-i intake when I found a hose that had been cut by the belt its on the lower intake pipping and conects to somthing dont know what its the hose on the right ( on the lower intake pipe) i will try and post a pic but every time i try to it hangs up grrr but ill keep trying1 so does any one know what it could be The hose or vacume line which ever is about the size of one of my fingers maybe smaller but not much

ok I coulnt get it to post a pic every time i tryed it said database error so i posted the pics on a local forum

correction the hose is on the left not the right

it goes to a hard pipe right on top of it then to a bunch of solenoids

i posted a link to the pics of it. is it a vacum line for the solenoids that control the turbos?
