Broken Door Pins

My door panels have never been secured at the top because the pins have been broken off by previous owners. Does anyone know how I can repair this? I have a red interior, so finding used panels would be hard to do.

I just found the part number for the pins, but the mounts are broken off. Does anyone know how the locator pins attach? Part # FD0168423

The little white nylon pins screw into a metal mount that is bonded to the top of the door panel. I don't see one of yours in that picture. I have had to do a little fiberglass bonding on those in the past. If the metal plates are not there, then you'll have to find a scrap door panel and transfer some over to your red panels
