Can anybody point me to a good thread on deleting emmissions stuff? I checked the FAQ and found "EGR blockoff"

Is there more than just that?

I'm in TX, my car is stock besides an HKS downpipe and we don't do emmissions tests. I'm all for simplicity but i like my sequential setup because it currently works well...knock on wood...

The sequential transition "hit" is more annoying than anything else once you've driven a properly set-up non-sequrential, which is liquid smooth from 3,000 rpm up, it just keeps pulling like mad; a true pleasure to drive. Of course, the power is night and day, and you can't get there with sequential.

Anyone who drives my car would be converted, that I can promise you (thank you David Garfinkle and Brian at BNR). Alot of time and $$$ went into doing it right, nothing was half-assed. Non-sequential tends to get a bad rap because theere are so many hack jobs out there that drive poorly.
I disagree on the nonsequential. I've had my sequential car for a long time and have had many different configuritions come through my hands of FD's that I have bought and sold. David is a local and have seen and felt his work first hand and it is top notch, no doubt about it... and so is Bryan's, his turbo's are second to none. Buuuut there is no comparison IMO nonsequential to sequential. It's all personal preference though I guess. Just like alot of nonsequential jobs are hack jobs, alot of sequential systems aren't running properly. Ride in Dan Chadwick's car... I bet you won't feel transition.

God will bless the day I finish my single project. It currently sits completely stock in the garage. My secondary turbo kicks in about half the time. It worked great when I first picked up the car, but I have had no illusions of the stock setup. I have been collecting parts & biding my time.

I can't wait to tear into the stock setup,... removing, gutting, & blocking off all of the OEM crap that plague's the FD. It will be an awesome project.

A man after my own heart.

Nothing better than a clean engine bay, stripped of all superfluous crap, where I actually see the painted block

Down over the hill, next to the creek lay three or four of those nests.
