breaking up

after 7000 rpm car breaks up so bad,feels like it runs out of fuel,had all checks done to se if i am running out of gas,used the engine scanner,changed plugs,still no use,dont know what else to do,any help would be appreciated.

Try to exceed 8,000 rpm and you'll find the rev limiter.

REV LIMITER

Yep if you go past redline and hold it there it will take you all the way back down to 1000 RPM. Don't know why you'd stay in it that long. When the limiter comes on feels like someone pulled on the e-brake.
