just had my rotors all replaced and after it rained the surface started to show signs of rust...is there anything that i can wipe this off?

 

Your brake pads will do that for you, just drive around a bit. In dealerships, rusty brake rotors (called "lot rot") are a way of life. We just used to drive around the lot with your foot resting lightly on the brake pedal til the noise stops.
