Question Brake Noise Problem

I changed my pads out and turned my rotors and now I have this constant knocking sound when the wheels are moving without the brakes on. When the brakes are applied the noise is gone. What it looks like is the pads are moving up and down and striking the tops and bottoms of the caliper. The brake pad pins are not holding the pads in place. The holes that the pins slide through the pads are a lot bigger than the OEM ones. What I also notice is when I turn the wheel its smooth to turn at some points and hard at others.Im using Hawk Street pads. What can I do to slove the problem.

get some new pads? sounds like youve got the wrong ones...

Id imagine that the reason the wheel is easy and hard to turn sometimes is because of the brake pads moving...every now and then they will bite, making that wheel slow down. This will affect steering feel.

The pads are new. And I did double check them to make sure they were the right ones. The steering is not a problem at all. You dont even feel the grab.
