Brake lights won't shut off

That's right, the brake lights on my '93 stay on when not applied and with ignition off. Anyone had this problem before and/or have any sugguestions. As basic as this problem is I'm not figuring this one out.

Check the brake light switch. I belive the FD's brakes still come on when the pedal is depressed, even when the ignition switch is off.

Yes, its the break light switch, I had one fail in another car that I own.
