Hi everyone,

My red brake indicator light comes on and stays on for long stretches (sometimes 5mins).
Seems to come on soon after i start driving the car when the engine is cold. Or if i start revving the engine higher.

I have a power FC so I was wondering if it is a warning of some kind. Seems to go away after 15 - 20mins of driving... could it be a oil pressure warning? Cold engine warning?

Probably the button on your Ebrake starting to go

 

omg... i have been driving around all day trying to find the cause...
is this a common problem?

 

Checked the fluid level?

 

Check your brake fluid level, the brake light comes on before the min level

 

Happened in my old Eclipse in cold weather. Haven't driven an FD in the winter, so I don't know about them specifically
