Question brake lamp problem

have anyone had this problem before? my car's brake lamp lights up everytime I take off then dies after a while.

Sounds like you have a short to ground somewhere.

It's been documented before - many times the rear brake pads are getting REALLY thin, which increases the throw for the parking brake lever. Under acceleration, the parking brake lever flops backwards enough to hit the switch to light the Brake light on the dash.

Other possibility is low brake fluid - the Brake light will come on if the level in the reservoir is low.

Check both - it should be an easy fix.

yea it was the brake fluid that was cuasing th elight. thanks for the tips guys. the car is fix now.
