Brake calipers -3an or -4 an?

Anyone know the size off the top of their head? I bought some FleBay stainless brake lines and they sent ones that are female on both ends so I need some male/male adaptors from Jegs. Not sure on the size.

You'll need -3an fittings no Teflon tape or tread lock they will strip

Just for future clarification, the stock brake fittings are not -3AN they are m10 x 1.00,

I should have just measured myself. Taking the above advice cost me $10 buying the wrong fittings. The last time I did any significant modifications to the brake system was 2003 so I forgot the size and got lazy.

Took size advice from a guy who just joined the forum last year, SMH @ myself. I should know better by now.

Your question was vague yes lines come with females on both ends they take -3an fittings my bad for misunderstanding I've deleted abs and now have all ss lines so I no longer have the hard lines you were asking about but didn't say if you'd said that you'd been told that you need m10x1.0 to -3an adapter don't blame me cause you were lazy and just cause I joined last year didn't mean anything about my mechanically knowledge

Ego, it's a powerful thing. First off my question wasn't vague. I specifically asked if anyone knew the brake caliper line size. I've deleted ABS on my older cars as well but that doesn't change the brake caliper inlet size so I don't see where your going with that one. As far as you just joining last year. It does mean you really have little credibility here and I should know better than to listen to guys with little credibility. I'm glad you've been turning wrenches for 30 years, welcome to club, your not the only one born with a wrench in their hand. I appreciate your post but I didn't blame you, As I said I should have known better. Regardless I solved my own problem. Thanks

Don't mess around with adapters and nonsense... shoot me a PM, I'll help you out. This is not the place to cut corners. Return the fleabay lines to the seller or throw them in the can, I'll take a loss if I have to but I don't want to see you in a thread about a totaled car or worse because of a failed ebay brake line.

Thanks Heath,
I have to have some adapters for the ABS delete I'm doing anyway so it's all good. I did the same on my old car and it sealed fine and I never had any issues.
The brake lines I got are good quality, just at good as the Earls lines I have the fittings are just wrong. I have Goodrich adapters so it's all good.

I will definitely hit you up at the first sign of any issue with the lines I have. Your customer service is through the roof!
