My priorities would be motor first.
If you have money for a single turbo conversion after including all the supporting mods like fuel pump, injectors and rails then go for it.
I suspect you will have $15k into this car before its sorted.
Just remember that more power will likely mean you need an upgraded clutch kit. It's a slippery slope.
If funds are limited get the engine sorted with a rebuild. Buy some good used twins if yours are junk. Get your power FC tuned by someone who tunes turbo rotary engines.
Tuning by experimentation will lead to more problems for you.
