BOV vs no BOV

https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/about-eliminating-stock-bov-495277/
https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...ight=blow+valve

These two threads advocate the elimination of the blow of valve completely for a turbocharged engine. I do not advocate this. But, I'm trying to be open minded and I would love to hear what other people think about this especially some of you wiser folk. The thread from which I've dragged this wasnt intended for this discussion and contains some antics of mine Id rather not display or subject you to(apologies). So please read these and speak on it if you will.

Thanks,
Dave

interesting read. But if we remove the equipment that relieves charge, can we also safely eliminate those solenoids and vac tubing? I'm a little nervous about trying this one myself.

The second link doesn't work. I've heard others say this as well and I like to keep an open mind as well, this is why I use an electronic BOV. It's the best of both worlds!
