ok, I think I'm just gonna go with venting the stock BOV until I get my Greddy IC pipes on so I can weld a universal on there. Thanks for the input guys.

Just finished venting the stock bov. Geeeez, that thing is as loud as my 'ol blitz. Very nice .

But got a question. I hear a little hiss when I was letting the car idle. Is this supposed to do this? Or is my bov not closing fully?

Oh and can I also vent the stock crv as well?? If yes, tell me asap so I can go back in my garage and vent it.

SoCalLove,
I would imagine that when you're getting some boost bleed at idle, its because your boost stops building once the rpms flatten out. I'd imagine the air flow is just enough that it can bleed a little bit back out of the intake track. With the sequential turbo set up, that could be expected. If you're running a big single, you'll be experiencing some vacuum in the intake track until you get the turbine spinning. Might wanna install a boost gauge or check the springs on your BOV if it seems to be a problem. If the rpm's are setting fine at idle and the hiss stops when the throttle is given attention, then I wouldn't worry about it.

Hey MaKo,

Thanks for the input. Its just a little hiss which I'm sure its nothing, just want to be sure. I havent driven it yet. Just letting her idle and revving a little. I've got a boost gauge for the rx7store but it didn't come w/ any vac lines. Does home depot carry that sort of stuff?

My intention is just bpu+++ and thats it. I'm keeping the seq. twins. I was about to buy an aftermarket bov, but since the stock cures my woes, im fine.

Also again, is it ok to also vent the crv? Thanks.
