will a rb duel with a full exhaust and some restrictor plates be enough to keep the creep down to a reasonable level?

Unfortunately there is no "one" direct solution for everyone. However, using restrictor plates has helped a lot of people. What size plate you need to use, you'll just have to experiment there.

You also don't have the tiny stock wastegate.

Your question is a bit broad. What set-up are you running? What psi are you trying o hold?.. If stock turbos porting the wastegate hole and a elec. boost controller should keep it in check. At most it might be slight. You may need a restrictor plate. I am holding 16 psi solid w/ the above mentioned. No plate. G

really didnt want to port the wastegate. but if i do how hard is it to do? or should i take it some where? or would restrictor plates be enough wothout porting the wastegate. want to keep it at about 12 to 13. plan on getting a PFC also.

You may be fine with just the RB duals. You will most certainly be fine with the plates regardless of your catback. Jyro made my plates and they worked like a charm.

Why would you need more than one? Your just trying to put a restriction on the exhaust...
