Bought my new FD last night!
last night i bought a 93 fd. man she's gorgeous. black touring edition.
she's all stock except for an m2 downpipe. 102k on the chassis and 22k on the motor. car runs like a dream! the car passed smog on 8/15/05 and was inspected by tri point engineering on that day as well. so i knew all of the conditions of the car. i felt like o got an awesome deal. picked it up for 13,5. oh yeah, the car came with parts it the hatch area, including an pettit racing ast, hawk pads, stainless lines, new stainless clutch line, and new turn signal lamps. i think thats all of it. well just thought id share. i'd post pics if anyone is interested but i thnk we all know what it looks like. anyways, cheers

Congrats
Good job getting Tri point to check it out for you. Those guys are pretty thorough.
Take it easy when driving it. Give yourself some time to get used to the car. You don't want to become one of those "I just wrecked my new car" statistics.

I definantly do, but that happens maybe once a year, these cars are so rare
SilverTRD - congrats and bring your car out to some Socal7 events. I might see you around since I work in Torrance. If you see a red base FD with OZ Racing wheels around, it's probably me.

i agree. you just made me think how unhealthy (both mentally and financially) my obsession with this f-ing car has become.

hey mike m...what size wheels are those? lookin gooooooooooooood man. my name is mike also. its my pleasure to join this awesome end semi exclusive club(rx7 owners).
i want to go to the track day on nov 18th i think it is but if my car is not up to it then im not going. im not looking to make it any faster by then by any means, just safer and more reliable. im considering the koyo radiator but not sure because of the v-mount. the v-mount is just so damn ecspensive the koyo is more atractive. anyway tell me what you think. thanks guys.
