boost quistion/turbo timer

If my a/f is between 10.4 and 11.0 under wot dose it matter about boost levels?

also i just got my fd and it has a turbo timer on it do i need it if not why if so why?

The turbo timer keeps you car running so that the oil will cool down your turbo after driving.in other words if you would drive your car then just shut it off the oil in the turbos will boil and could cause clogs in the lines or the turbo internal parts.
