unless your engine is all fucked up, missing the manifold, or your IC pipes are missing or something really dramatic, don't think you can diagnose a boost problem by looking at pictures....

well i'll post em in a bit i'm pretty sure nothing is wrong, im not talkin about the valves, im just talkin about the engine in general.
