hi i sechrch in the faq but not find same problem hear my mods
93 rx7 type rs
bnr stage 3 twin turbo sequential
99 y pipe
knight sports ecu 0.9 bar
rebouild engine
komplett new vakkum hose
hks katbak
hks blow off
hks twin intake
stock intercooler

my problem when the engine coming by 4500 rpm (when normally the second turbo activaited ) boost fall from 0.8 bar to 0.2 and higer rpm 0 bar of boost and ai can hear on the intake a airflow from 4500 to red line : every one can help me

check all 3 of your check valves...i had the same problem and found out it was a faulty check valve...upgrade to Dale Clarks viton check valves and never look back =)

 

Start with checking the Charge Relief Solenoid & Valve. If that doesn't close around 4200 rpms, all your boost will be vented once the Charge Control and Turbo Control go into non-sequential mode.

i controll the car today and a see when ai start the car the Charge Control Solenoid / Actuator
still in hear position and when i have see good the turbo precontrol actuator not moving to :
ai rebouild the engine completly and all vaccum lines to but the check valves havbe in round 180000 km i must see when this ok or not or a vaccum line the have a leak

 

sorry for the dubbel post i see my air pump dosent working the only work when ai put aut the relay and ai put a cabel in place in this point the pump working fine and the relay is ok i tri white a new relay and the same pb this wont working white relay

Hi ai have gud new my turbos work fine now just the seconderie boost not pass 7 psi Nomaly i must have 13 psi any ideas ? Thanks

 

I forghet to tell ai have the bnr stage 3 twins and the 2 adjustable wesgate actuators demaged during transport and i put the actuators from mi stock 93 twins can this affect my final seconderie boost ? Are the actuators from the 93 and the +99 the same ? Thanks for your help

 

So you are using the stock precontrol and wastegate solenoids and stock precontrol/wastegate actuators on BNR stage 3 turbos? Are you sure the wastegate is fully closed?

 

hi yes i momently use stock precontrol/wastegate actuators on the bnr turbos and the 2 soneloide are brand new ai test the car today and ai have good 13 psi of boost and when comns the seconderie ai have 7.5 and 7 psi to red line .

 

yes im sure ther fully closed when i instal the turbos and i deagostic to ai have little craks ont the precontrol side from the turbo housing but brian from the bnr tell me this can not influen the boost ?
