need help on my boost problem. first gear goes from 10psi and drops to five at 4500 and holds it at five psi til i shift to second. second gear it hits 8 to 9 psi and starts "waving" from 7-9 psi. never hits ten. in all gears under 4500 it will hit 10psi. anything over 4500 waves between 7-9 psi. so basically it goes

1st gear 10 - 5 - 5
2nd gear 10 - 5 - (7-9) psi
same with gears 3, 4 and 5.

any help will be appreciated.
