Boost problem

My car has boost problem all the sudden today. When trying to speed up on freeway, the boost just bounce up and down like hitting a wall and I can hear loud pinging noises. The engine idle fine and can rev up to 6k rpm no problem when I am easy on the throttle without any boost.

It ran fine for the pass years, what could be wrong?

Car has stock turbo, Cat back and DP with properly tunned PFC.

Thanks

BE VERY CAUTIOUS HERE!!!

You may have gotten a bad tank of gas (low octane rating - some gas stations will cheat by filling all their tanks with 87-octane), causing the pinging. Pinging is VERY dangerous in a rotary (will blow apex seals), and the knock sensor could be shutting down the engine trying to protect it. Drive it very easy (no boost) until you can drain and refill the gas tank, or until you can use up the bad fuel and refill with good stuff)

I have been using this tank of gas for the pass few weeks with no problem. It seems like the loud pinging noise is from the turbo. When the car trying to boost, it not willing to boost and it will bounce up and down and the engine will shake. Any other though?
