Boost And Other Problem ( experts Plz Help)
Ok The car Has a stuttering/jumping problem usually above 3500-4000 and at any throttle 25% or more.
I have a kkk Stage One from SR. With A Power FC, 1300 side feed injectors And a apex FMIC. ANd A profec B
Continuing on The only exhaust is the downpipe off the turbo. The Turbo will not produce above 5 psi. I can change my boost controller and hear the wategate open later or sooner no Differance in boost. Ok so the next thing I tried was to run the car NA to see if the jumping problem would go away. Nope still there no change.
I ahve had the ignitor checked and the coils. New plug wires and just put in new plugs many times. I have removed all selonids except the fuel pressue selonids. The fuel pressue is reponding according to the manual. I had the injectors flowed. they flowed high almost 1550 for the secondaries and 580 for the primaries. I have tried both 1300 and 1550 settings in the PFC. I also had the map sensor checked by mazda. This is still a question mark. I also have tried the stock ECU and the PFC. The stock wont Idel once its warmed up. The PFC has A verry lumpy idel almost 100rpm flcutaion it sounds like a big bore v8 with a race only cam. The stock wont pull on the bottom but with the PFC it runs fair on the bottom but it will siddenly die and take foreever to start it back up.
PLease help any thing would be greatly appricated.

so basically you aren;t boosting over 5psi? haev you checked for leaks, seams like you are making more out of this than deserves. what si your boost patrtern?
don;t forget to adjust the lag corrections, etc for you new 1300cc
