boost ok ???

Unhappy boost ok ???
on my ´93 FD the boost from 4500-7000 rpm is 7 psi (0,5 bar).
The problem is, I own the car only 6 weeks and I think I have not the full acceleration.
How should be the boost from 1000-7000 rpm
