Boost loss at high rpm...?

I getting a loss in boost after about 6500 rpm.
About 5000 rpm : 15 psi
6000 rpm : 14 psi
6500 rpm : 13 psi
7000 rpm : 12.5 psi
7500 rpm : 12 psi

I have been using pills in the wastegate line to give me
around 14 - 15 psi of boost. I also have a ported wastegate.

Usual mods too: IC / Intake / Full Exhaust / Crane Hi-6 / Pettit Ecu / Pulleys /

I do not remember loosing this much boost before I had the ported wastegate.

Any suggestions? Will a Electronic boost controller fix this? I wanted a rock solid 14.5 psi after 5000 rpm to redline.

I think thats just the way it does things. You loose a little boost as you wind out each gear. With the pettit ECU iam not sure if that changes, I guess not.
