Boost issues with new mods

For the last 3 days, I've been installing my new mods on my FD. I installed a Power FC tuned by Rotary Performance , downpipe, resonated midpipe, and a Supra fuel pump. I finally finished today, and when I went for a drive, I noticed a big boost problem. At low throttle the boost holds fine at about 3-4 psi. But when I open it up, the boost increases to 7-8psi, then it suddenly falls to 0 psi, and I lose all my power. I would still consider myself a newbie when it comes to turbos/boost. If anyone out there knows what I'm doing wrong, or need to do, please help.

Also, I have a small exhaust leak between the DP & MP due to bad flange fitment. None these sissy shops wanna touch because it doesn't have a cat.

The best way I can explain it is it's like a muffled BOV sound. It 's capable of 10+ boost but it seems as though when the secondary comes online, I lose all boost.

Check the crossover pipe for any boost leaks. Like rev it, look and listen.

Yep, I agree - boost leak. Take out all the flexible couplings, starting nearest the turbo, and inspect them closely.
