boost issue

fuel in catch can, smell of gas and sound of boost leak when i stomp on it, and if i just giver, my first turbo continues 12psi well into 45-5000rpm and when i let off you can hear the turbo moan, (it sounds like a sad dog moaning) lol, its like the first turbo doesnt stop and the second turbo doesnt even think of spooling, someone let me know how bad it is and what i can do, im flustered

sound of boost leak probably is boost leak, mabye there is a problem with your charge control valve/actuator since you say the second turbo is fighting the first.
