Boost issue

Im having boost issues after 4500rpm. Ive checked all vacuum lines, and have replaced the solenoids under the UIM.

I also notice when over 4500rpm and pedal all the way down it sounds like a bunch of air is escaping. My FD is RHD so right by the turbos and air intake.

Any and all help is an will be greatly appreciated.

A boost leak? Check the flexible rubber coupler between the turbos and intercooler. Its clamps may be loose or the coupler itself may have a split in it that opens up under pressure. Check the other intake duct camps too.

Start with boost leaks. 90% of boost problems are a boost leak, not solenoids/vacuum hoses.
