boost help (pfc new engine)

OK i just got done with break in. I am doing 8 lbs of boost right now until i get datalogit in to tune. But here is my problem. I get full boost or 8 lbs and take it all the way to 6000rpms and shift and it goes to 4000 rpms and i get about 2 or 3lbs of boost . But if i lest the rpms fall below 3000rpms and hit the gas or let out on the clutch i get full boost again. This is in every gear. What might be the problem?

I had the same problem and it turned out to be a loose hose that went to the vaccum side of the turbo control actuator. Your best bet would be to check all of your vaccum lines for disconnected, loose, brittle, or cracked lines. After that, you'll want to check if the actuators are functioning correctly. Use www.iluvmyrx7.com and use the shop manuals' specs to diagnose the various things that control the sequential system.
