Boost help?

I just bought my fd a few days ago and it has a rebuilt motor. I was wondering how to turn boost down or off until I reach the correct mileage? It all looks like gibberish to me on the Apexi tuner it came with 😂😂 I'm used to pre 70 cars without computers, sorry for being newbie!

Hey man, you must run in the car with boost but not a lot of boost, some guys run 0.3 bar to 0.6 bar to run in the motor, you still on stock twins?

You should do some research on these cars and read all the FAQ in the stickies.

Bar is pressure in metric unit.
1 bar = 14.7 psi.
Our cars run 10 psi = 0.7 bar at stock level.
0.3 - 0.6 bar should be around 4.5 - 9 psi.

I use greddy profec b boost controller and when I turn it off, boost stays at 7 psi.
You can force the boost leak to bring pressure down.
