Is it on the boost gauge where it tells you how much vacuum you have?

I was wondering when people talk about the engines vacuum reading at idle is this on the boost gauge? On my boost gauge during idle my vacuum reads 20 is this correct and good?

when you're in the positive side, you're boosting and when it's on the negative side you're pulling vacuum. if you're getting 20 in of hg, then that's a good vacuum reading for your motor.
