Nope, the lights will work with any gauge. Basically, you can have up to 7 gauges on 1 link controller, and each gauge can have it's own 1"(or is it 3/4"?) additional warning light. 7 gauges, 7 lights. That I would consider rice

Mine came with the red and green sleeves. I ordered the orange ones with the gauges, and they match perfectly. They were $2.84 each. Part # R7768

YOu guy's must be talking about Autometers here, correct?
I just wanted to clear that up so we don't confuse the gauges with the Defi's, which you can't change the backlight on.

Actually Adam c is talking VDO gauges but Autometer gauges also come w/ red and green sleves. I think they both use the same size light bulbs so the VDO orange sleeve should work on an Audometer also. BTW fwiw the VDO and Autometer gauges have Side lighting not Back lighting. (even if the bulb is mounted in the back the light comes around the SIDES if the gauge face not though from the back) and I used to have a VDO boost gauge but did not like how easily the paint chipped off the bezel, the Satin Aluminum bezels of the Autometer "Sport Comp" gauges don't have that problem

I think I will have to order some orange sleeves for my Autometer gauges so the lighting will match stock better than the w/ the red sleeves

This is for the VDO gauges. They are back lit, and you can change the bulbs, and bulb covers.

When I bought it and looked at it I thought..."this is not going to fit worth a damn!"

I had to cut the top and bottom off and round the edges, then after that I drilled a upper and lower hole in both the pod and the A-pilar and it fits really nicely now...I looked at some of the single and double pods and I think it fits just as good as those do.

A customer of mine, volley1, just told me that Autometer has a full A-pillar 3 gauge pod, part #22675. I have a pic, I'll ask him if I can post it, hell, I'll just have him post it if he wants.

Regards,
Frank

I like the Integra one better...it's rounder and doesn't have the sharp edges the Autometer has.

This is the one from the www.Autometer.com

Pic of the autometer pod

Autometer 3 gauge a-pillar replacement. Part #22675. The 2 gauge full replacement is Part #22674. I had to bore out the holes to make the Greddy 60mm gauges fit mine. They fit 52 mm or 2 1/16" gauges
