Boost controller tuning settings needed: GReddy PRofec B-Spec II

I am about to install a GReddy PRofec B-Spec II boost controller on my 94 RX-7 and I would like recommendations for the unit's hi/lo tuning settings. My car's pertinent modifications are a TKT cold air induction system, a Pettit Racing 3" downpipe and a Racing Beat cat back double tip exhaust. I have also performed a cooling system upgrade inclusive of a Koyo radiator, a 185 degree fan switch and a 180 degree thermostat. I have both a boost gauge and a water temperature gauge. I believe that my boost gauge needs calibration because it shows that I am reaching 12PSI boost at peak acceleration. I have just turned over 40K miles on my car. I do not race the car or drive it hard. I drive the car moderately so I am looking for hi/lo tuning settings for the following functions with this in mind:
Set: This needs to be in % since this sets the boost pressure/controls the duty rate of the boost controller's valve unit which controls the boost.
Gain: This needs to be in % since this setting adjusts boost consistency/sensitivity of the boost controller's valve control.
Start Boost: This needs to be in PSI since this setting adjusts the boost response/when to start opening the wastegate.
Warning: This needs to be in PSI since this sets the maximum boost level.
Limiter: This needs to be in % since this lowers the boost when the boost exceeds the warning setting/lowers the boost by the entered % from the Set boost valve duty rate.
Thank you for your anticipated recommendations.

Your boost gauge is most likely accurate..You have freed up a lot more airflow with your intake and exhaust mods.

After reading the FAQ's and the archived material, I decided that a manual boost controller is the best way to go. I exchanged the PRofec B-Spec II for a PRofec Type-S. It is simple, easy to use and the settings are simple: lo boost is 7, hi boost is 10, and gain is set at the 12 o'clock position. I decided that I did not need the bells and whistles that the B-Spec II has.
