boost controller with mp yes or no

Do you have to have a boost controller when running a mp. My mods are intake,cat-back,dwnpipe,and powerfc with base mod map. Will I need a boost controller to control the boost or not? What would be safe boost levels ii have it set for 11-10-11. Ty for any help

You can wait to find out... j/k. Yea...anytime you run a MP, you should get a boost controller. It's pretty much a rule of thumb.

Oh, and BTW, although many people (including me) have not experienced boost creep or spike w/ a MP, it's the general consensus that the PFC does NOT do a good job in controlling boost, and hence a good and simple unit like the Greddy Profec B is highly recommended.
