Boost controller?

If I get a Downpipe and boost is to high, can I lower the boost to standard boost with a boost controller?

Witch one is the best / best value?

Do a search you will come up with a lot.
I use a Home Depot Racing boost controller myself and it works great. Not to mention it will only set you back $30.00
