boost control or fuel control?

here i am with a list of mods i want and could have with some questions and statements i need debunked or answered
and
i just spent half the night searching and learning things
i want, for now, an mp and "cat back" to go with my dp
i want a CAI too
i can not run more than 12 psi on the stock turbos, porting the wastegate is a bitch, BOV's are not the solution
should i go with an ecu upgrade?
if so
piggy back or a reprog?
or should i get a boost controller?
if so
manual or fuzzy logic?
at what point do i have to get bigger injectors?
thx for all understanding and knowledge

Piggy back before reprogramed, so you can add more in the future . A PFS-PMS will control boost .Electronic boost control that is not fuzzy logic is best. Bigger injectors over 15 lbs boost or 85 % injector duty cycle .
