bolting counterweight to flywheel: what size bolts?

ive got a flywheel, and have an auto counterweight, only thing i don't have it bolts to bolt the counterweight to the flywheel before i reinstall it... what should i get? i heard the stock ones are hardened or something.. would it be ok to just get some SS bolts from home depot to connect them?
