Bolt broke off in 2nd inj mounting hole...need ideas...!

Ok... so I had an old weak bolt that I was unaware of... when I went to tighten it down it sheared w/ 1/4" sticking out of the LIM. I have tried the screw extracting method but that has now broke off in the bolt that I drilled. so I now have a LIM w/ 1 available bolt hole and another that can not be drilled out since that screw extractor is in there... i.e. it is the same hardness as the drill bits... so what can I do to get either the stud out or work something out using the existing hole I have left... I don't think it will be very smart to leave one of these two bolts out. I have a thick metal rod I can use to brace the other side down but I don't know if it will hold down enough to keep the fuel in...
Please Help!
Thanks,
Ryker

Go to a machine shop with a sinker EDM machine , that will burn it out in a very controlled way . EDM = electric discharge machining .

dude, you haev the absolute WORST luck of anyone i have ever seen!
i still cant believe that a pair of vice grips couldnt clamp on the lremainder of the bolt and get it out. you must have been trying to be a hero tightening that thing. have you tried to use another wrench or pipe to get more leverage on the vicegrips? i mean, YOU put it in there, YOU *should* be strong enough to get it out.
