What does the blue wiring harness in the console go to?

The only blank spot I see is the empty middle switch, but it doesnt seem like there would be a harness already there for that.

Trying to put it all back together, but I don't want to leave this undone if it goes somewhere.

it's probably for the headlight washer switch, which was not on U.S. models.

 

i dident hook up the blue wire on my old fd and it was ok evrything seemed to work
