Blue male connector at UIM?

I was undoing the electrical connections to my UIM when I came around the front and beside the two "greenish" coloured connectors there was a lone blue male electrical connector not connected to anything? I couldn't find a female for it anywhere near the rest of the rats nest. What is this connector for? My car seems to have been running fine, it's the only blue connector in that area. Can someone help me out?

Haha, this has been posted so many times, I'm surprised you've never seen the answer....

The infamous blue connector is not connected to anything on manual FDs, it's for the autos only.

Shame on you, rynberg!

If it's the blue connector with an orange insert, then it's the electronic EGR connecter. It's connected to the EGR on california 1993 models, and all 1994 models. All other models it is connected to nothing.
