my car started smoking really bad and i took off my twins....how can i check which turbo has the blown seal?

Look inside the intake discharge port on each turbo (where the intake piping attaches to each turbo-- in fact, you can take a look inside those as well). I'd imagine you'd see the impeller and housing coated in oil.
