New turbos (stock 93-95 or 99-spec) with both run you over $3k. Malloy or Mazdatrix might get you the best price, if you consider that acceptable. Local dealer will probably charge at least $4k for the same thing.
Low mileage used turbos are half to 1/10th that price on eBay or the classifieds here. Occasionally you'll see unused new turbos for sale at well under $3k.
Rebuilt turbos you won't see too often, but from what I recall they run around a grand or more.
If you have the proper supporting mods in place, you can go bigger/faster for less than the price of stock turbos, which is why you won't see many people buying them. So those folks operating on a budget usually go the used turbo route.

alright thanks Dave, so i have a budget of about 2 grand and need to replace one of my turbos do you think i could go bigger/faster for around that price or would i need to replace both my turbos or spend more money?
