Question Blown sunroof fuse

My sunroof fuse randomly blew a while back. There is a short somewhere (I replaced the fuse, but the fuse continues to blow). I haven't the sightest clue where to even start.

Has this ever happened to anybody? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

that sucks...finding shorts is a pain. You'll have to inspect your wires for the circuit to see where it might be. Fortunately, only a few wires here.

Off the ignition switch connector X03 there is a power ignition on black/yellow wire that goes to the joint box connector location JB-06 (Front harness) feeding JB-01 connections (G/O, L/R, LW....(Black is your ground) interior harness.

Green/Orange is your sunroof wire to the switch.

Thanks for the information. I'll attempt to track it down this Saturday.

ok so more on this green/orange is the power suply to the switch correct
say i want to hook up a momentary switch for the sunroof down below near the shifter in the blank spot next to fog and rear defrost wil doing custom headliner would running a jumper wire from that connecter (green /orange) and tapping the other conectors to show me the open close and tilt and is there a way to connect the tilt with the open or bypass the tilt or is this two different features
i have a nice 6 way momentary switch that should work for all modes just didnt know the wires
ide rather not go by trial and error per say so im not buying the parts shop out of fuses
