blown someting

today was crusing down motor way when i looke at me rear view mirror and all i could see was white smoke so pulled over got out of car and rear muffler was on fire so i used fire extinguisher to put the fire out . i open the hood and there was no smoke coming from engine bay but there was oil all over the y pipe . car starts and idles good but dont know if oil seal on turbo has gone which is causing oil being burned in the exhaust. started it up again 1 hour after fired up straight away but still **** loads of smoke coming out of exhaust but the low oil warrning light come on so shut of car

has anybody got any ideas

just been taking air filters and have found in the filter the nut that keeps the turbine wheel secure on the second turbo this is what has caused all the oil to be put into the exhaust system making the oil go on fire

what can cause turnbine wheel nut to come off i have not taken out turbos just started taking it out today

Sounds to me like the oil seals in your turbos failed, and started spewing oil everywhere, including into your exhaust.
