Blown Motor? need help

Ok, yesterday I moved out the car from my garage because i hadnt started it for 4 days. I left it on in the driveway for abit so as not to flood the engine. Went inside for a minute, next minute i saw tons of smoke from the exhaust. It was white and am fearing the O rings are gone. I checked my coolant and its full to the limit. Nothing has leaked out. My question is, is my motor gone, or is there any other explanation for tons of smoke out the tailpipe? I did replace the spark plugs and the same stuff comes out.

I barely drive the car and i never had o-ring failure before. Can i just blow an o ring sitting in my garage for 4 min? The car never even warmed up fully?

PS. I have gforce ecu and MP, DP and Catback.

By full to the limit, is that at the overflow tank (by the passenger side headlight) or at the filler neck (cap to the left of the alternator as you're looking at the engine)?

Cooalnt is full by the water neck and ast. I just did a search and somewhere people have complained about the pcv vale on the filler neck. I did replace the oil just last week and maybe some hose is detached or clogged. Any insights

An update:

I took of the spark plugs after i quickly turned on and ff the car, and there iws smoke billowing out the spark plug holes. Ive searched and a common problem would be the pcv valve. Any thoughts?
