Blown Fuse?

OK so I was putting my intercooler piping back in and I accidentally set one of the pipes down on an alternator post while the battery was plugged in. Oops. It shorted out my Main 120 Fuse and my FD wouldn't start, I replaced the fuse and it started right back up. But now it seems my stock bose CD player isn't working, however the radio does work. It just ejects every CD I put in it. I know it did this sometimes before when it had trouble reading CDs, but now no lights, display or anything. Just eject, eject eject. I checked all fuses under the dash and they are all good.

A friend of mine suggested checking if there is a fuse behind the stock bose CD deck. This is easier said then done. I got the deck out (no fuse on the cd deck) but it's wired to a mess with of wires with the cassette player, and it's a pain to get all that stuff out so I thought I would just ask here:

Is there a fuse back there behind the cd / casette player that may have blown causing my cd player not to work? If there isn't, anyone have any idea why my CD player isn't working?

Thanks!

I think your cd player just stop working. Mine also stop working and ejects any cd I put in it. Before, it would sometimes work then it wouldn't. It would eject 2 or 3 times then work again. I remember one time the lights stop turning on then all of sudden the lights were on again. weird

hate to bump this thread, but where did you get that fuse? I went to the auto parts store and they had similar ones, but not like the main fuse that has the bolt holes in it. I would like to buy locally rather than having to order at Malloy.

You can only get that fuse at the dealer. Check Mazdatrix also. Regular auto parts store only has up to 100 amp.
