Blown engine/leaned out.

Hey all you guys who blew your engine, because you leaned out, how many miles did you have on your fuel filter.

Did'nt blow because of lean, it was just excessive miles on o rings that did mine in. I was just wondering what kind of warning, sounds and such that you heard, to save some heartache for the rest of us.

I don't have one yet, just doing some research/learning. Hell I been researching and learning about the fd since 1996.
