Blown seals or blown compression tester ?? :scratch
car is not starting unless I go WOT

The rear (first video) is definitely in unhealthy status. The front (last video) also has 2 weak pulses and 1 strong which is also no good, possibly chipped seal on that one since its minor difference.

Those pulse bounces didn't look promising

It might be worth taking a look inside the rotor housings to get a better idea of whats going on. At this stage, starting the car might not be in your best interest. If it is on its way out it would be worth it to tear down and salvage what you can before it seizes up

That first video is not good

I wouldn't be starting it anymore. I know its probably tempting, but its better for the wallet and engine to just pull it out now and begin the rebuild. Sorry man.
