blow off valve

i just bought a 94 rx7 tt. its been modify but its missing the i/c, but the problem i have is that i dont know how many bov's it has. i only have one blitz on it but there is a line that has nothing. does it need to bov?

Since I didn't want to sound like a noob on a new post.

Does the RX-7 come with a stock BOV or some type of bypass system?

and how much did your blitz one cost.
