Question Block off question

hello everyone, can someone tell me if i need to block this off or leave it stock... i'm not sure if its needed, i see some people block theirs off and some people leave conntected... im running single turbo if that help.

Loop the hose from one to the other. Ideally you'd remove and weld those passages but as the engine sits that's not really feasible.

thanks for the respond, whats the cons pros of looping it vs. blocking those off?
